1. Dispatch Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 CET may be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Packaging & Cold Chain
All AMYNO compounds are packaged in UV-protective, airtight glass vials with tamper-evident seals. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard EU transit (2–5 business days). For longer transit times or ambient temperatures above 25°C, we include gel ice packs and insulated cold-chain packaging at no additional cost.
Outer packaging is discreet with no indication of the contents beyond required shipping labels. Products are shipped from within the EU.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- EU member states: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Switzerland, Norway, Iceland: 4–7 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance).
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or force majeure events. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
4. Shipping Zones & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on all EU orders above €150. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.
5. Customs & Import Regulations
For shipments outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the importation of ordered compounds is lawful in the destination country and for payment of any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. AMYNO will accurately declare the contents and value of shipments on all required customs documentation and will not falsify declarations at the request of customers.
We are not liable for shipments seized or delayed by customs authorities. No refund will be issued for shipments confiscated due to destination country import restrictions.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact support@amyno.eu.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@amyno.eu with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. For shipments confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and product before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amyno.eu. We will arrange a replacement for confirmed damage claims.
