1. Dispatch Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 CET may be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Packaging & Cold Chain
All AMYNO compounds are packaged in UV-protective, airtight glass vials with tamper-evident seals. Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard EU transit (2–5 business days). For longer transit times or ambient temperatures above 25°C, we include gel ice packs and insulated cold-chain packaging at no additional cost.
Outer packaging is discreet with no indication of the contents beyond required shipping labels. Products are shipped from within the EU.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- EU member states: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays or force majeure events. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
4. Shipping Zones & Costs
We ship with Packeta to 19 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. Home delivery is available in all of them; in Slovakia, Czechia, Poland, Hungary and Romania you can also choose a pick-up point or parcel locker. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the delivery method and are shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. Orders of €400 or more ship free of charge. Cash on delivery is available in Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary and Poland for orders up to €200; its fee is shown at checkout and is charged even when shipping is free.
5. Deliveries Outside the EU
We currently do not ship outside the European Union, and an order cannot be completed with a delivery address outside the EU. Parcels within the EU need no customs clearance. You remain responsible for ensuring that the purchase of research compounds is lawful in your country.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can track your shipment using the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact info@amyno.eu.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@amyno.eu with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. For shipments confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and product before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amyno.eu. We will arrange a replacement for confirmed damage claims.
