1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing amyno.eu or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from AMYNO. By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You are a qualified researcher, scientist, laboratory professional, or purchasing on behalf of a licensed institution.
- You are purchasing the products for legitimate in vitro scientific research purposes only.
- You have verified that the purchase and possession of ordered compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Products & Permitted Use
All AMYNO products are sold exclusively for in vitro scientific research use. They are not approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory authority. They are not medicines, drugs, food supplements, cosmetics, or veterinary products.
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Administer AMYNO products to humans or animals.
- Use AMYNO products in any clinical trial without appropriate regulatory approval.
- Resell AMYNO products to end-users for personal or medical use.
- Use AMYNO products in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
AMYNO accepts no liability for any use of its products outside the intended research purpose defined above.
4. Ordering
An order placed on amyno.eu constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected misuse, regulatory concerns, or inability to verify buyer eligibility. An order is only confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us by email.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and SEPA bank transfer.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations in your destination country. We are not liable for customs delays, seizures, or additional import duties.
7. Returns & Cancellation
Under EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the products are:
- Returned in original, undamaged packaging with tamper seals intact.
- Proven to have been stored correctly (at −20°C) during the return period.
- Not opened or used in any way.
Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold-chain requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened products or products that cannot be verified as properly stored. Contact support@amyno.eu to initiate a return.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMYNO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on amyno.eu — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of AMYNO and is protected by EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of amyno.eu shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the EU member state of our registered office. For consumer disputes within the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
