1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at support@amyno.eu.
2. Return Conditions
Due to the nature of research peptides and cold-chain storage requirements, returns are only accepted if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The product is in its original, sealed packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact and unbroken.
- The product has been stored correctly (at −20°C) from delivery until return — you must be able to confirm this.
- The product has not been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product is returned with its original batch documentation and COA.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet these conditions, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of research chemicals that have been improperly stored or handled.
3. How to Return
- Email support@amyno.eu within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorisation number within 2 business days.
- Pack the product securely with appropriate cold-chain packaging (gel ice if ambient temperature exceeds 10°C).
- Ship the return within 5 business days of receiving return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. We will refund the full product price including original standard shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error.
Refunds may be reduced if the product has diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and characteristics.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match your order, please contact support@amyno.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
6. Exceptions — When Returns Are Not Accepted
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products with broken seals or that have been opened.
- Products that show evidence of improper storage (e.g. received at ambient temperature and not immediately stored at −20°C).
- Products returned without prior authorisation from our support team.
- Personalised or custom-synthesised compounds.
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.
